Novus Business Centre is a unique development that was led by the former Easington District Council along with significant contributions from Single Programme (One NorthEast), European Regional Development Fund and Neighbourhood Renewal Fund.

This purpose built centre has a total of 31 lettable units ranging from 85-961 ft2 in size, each one available on an “easy in-easy out” basis for maximum flexibility.

Each office has been tastefully decorated, has an individual security panel and includes broadband capabilities as standard enabling your business to operate from their new premises immediately.
