RetailGrant Package

Your retail premises may be in need of updating and improving in order to increase footfall. East Durham Business Service offers a retail grant to assist in the improvement of the retail offer in the area.

Retail Grant

• 60% reimbursement up to a maximum of £8000

The funding can support work to the exterior of the property including:

• Shop windows, doors and entrances
• Fascias and signage
• Rendering, Repointing & Painting
• Illumination
• Appropriate replacement / installation of solid security shutters

Or the interior of the premises including:

• Suspended ceilings
• Floor repairs and coverings
• Repainting of interiors
• Shop Counters
• Security systems including CCTV

All work must comply with the regulatory requirements to meet the conditions of the Disability Discrimination Act of 1995 relating to retail outlets.
